Badly Designed Web Sites

This cluttered site uses way too many boxes within boxes so that the audience's attention is pulled in many directions at once without landing anywhere of significance within the page. The dropdown and pop-up windows are frustrating as they appear when you don't want them overtop of the info of importance. I'm drawn to the blue logos as they are the brightest, which isn't helpful to get me to the pages content. The slide show of photos fade too quickly and the fades create an opacity change in the image that gives the pic the same importance as the dull, gray background.

This one is obviously bad as it has a notepad background in light blue with green banner advertisements. Looks like it's stuck in the early 90's of backwater web design.
Neon colours are definitely out and what's with the buttons with a blue box around them? The content of the site is mysterious as the title isn't clear. The pictures and font styles are too simple and doesn't help clarify the question about the sites purpose.

I never got on the bandwagon of myspace users so I apologize if I'll be insulting those who use the site. Myspace uses scrolling windows within scrolling windows which is unnecessary and annoying. I must let the critique at Peachpit describe how bad this site is:

"MySpace might be the ugliest successful sight on the Web. It suffers from poor task flow designs, hideous page layouts full of amateur graphics, and obnoxiously designed ads that lack any sense of cohesion. And the boatloads of text written by people who can barely spell or use proper grammar or punctuation don’t help matters."
